Coaching Staff
The Leaders In The Dugout
Three invested leaders behind this squad — a veteran head coach and two assistants who bring energy, patience, and a real love for developing young athletes.
H
Jessica Craig
Head Coach
Army veteran who played four years of varsity softball and continued on at the college level. She holds three degrees, including multiple leadership certifications, and brings that discipline and experience to developing these girls in the game and in life.
A
Cody Mailhes
Assistant Coach
A steady, encouraging presence in the dugout who brings calm focus to every practice and every inning. The girls trust him, and his positivity keeps the bench locked in from first pitch to final out.
A
Zach Gugliuzzi
Assistant Coach
High energy, big heart, and endless patience with young athletes. Zach is the first one celebrating a teammate's success and the first one picking her up after a tough at-bat — exactly the kind of coach girls remember.
